"Artie" is an Artemis Fowl fanfiction set on his first day of primary school when he was four years old. I really like the idea behind this fanfic because I myself did wonder what he would have been like as a small child when I was reading the books. The author of this piece has captured the characters very well, right down to Butler scoping the environment (a primary school) for dangers. However, this is quite clearly rushed and unfinished as it is chock full of mistakes, it would have been nice to read an elaborated version of this story.
